18-point premium siding installation process

 Schedule a pre-construction meeting with customer discuss construction details and work to be performed.

 Remove existing siding and dispose of waste.

 Inspect for rotten or damaged studs and other structural material; report and advise.

 Install Prime Wrap home wrap on all exposed walls.

 Tape all seams and windows with home exterior tape.

 Fabricate and install custom aluminum flashing for all ledges, windows, against chimneys, and on decks.

 Install joint backers on all field seams for horizontal siding.

 Install z-Flashing along all horizontal seams and caulk vertical seams for vertical siding.

 Custom install trim along all vertical and horizontal seams.

 Trim all soffits, windows, and doors trim.

 Caulk all seams as we install the siding with paintable acrylic latex silicone caulk.

 Repair all cracks, gaps and holes with flexible caulking or masonry patch as required.

 Paint soffits, siding, windows, doors, doorframes, and fascia with Sherwin Williams Duration Coating. (If installing James Hardie)

 Install gutters and peripheral items.

 Clean up the jobsite on a daily basis.

 The Project manager will perform an inspection to assure the highest quality of workmanship.

 Schedule a post construction meeting to address all your questions or concerns.

 Provide warranty information, Lien Wavers, Referral Cards and before and after pictures.
