We warranty all our work for three years: Often overlooked is the importance of a good warranty. Most of our competition only offers labor warranties for 90 day and rarely over 1 year. We triumph our competition by honoring our labor for three years.

Pre-Construction Meeting: We are the only siding contractor that takes the time to have a pre-construction meeting. These meetings are set up to make sure our customers expectations are met within our contract and that all parties understand who, what, when, where and how thing are to be done.

Post-Construction Meeting: We are the only siding contractor that takes the time to have a post-construction meeting. We will walk the job with the home owner to address any problems or concerns, as well answer any question.

Job Supervision: we supply every job with a Foreman. The Foreman's responsibilities are simple, assure the highest level of quality and be a consistent contact point throughout the entire process.

Licensed: Johnson County Exteriors holds a Class A general contractor's license. A Class A license allows us to build any edifice, commercial or residential. We know of no other home exterior company that has the grade of classification.

Financial Stability: Johnson County Exteriors is in great standing with all our vendors, suppliers and contractors.

Team Environment: The company places a big emphasis on teamwork. This allows you to get answers from several sources within our company. Our team is familiar with your home and can assist you with any problem you may have.
