again for the great job on my recent renovation project.
As you know, I was very particular about the sub-contractors
that I chose to work on this project as it was my personal
residence.
The James Hardie shingle and lap siding that
I specified can be somewhat time consuming to install and
requires a great deal of skill and craftsmanship for a first-rate
job. I could not be more pleased with the quality work of
your crew. They were very courteous and professional and
working with them was a pleasure.

Dear Friends,
I'm writing to offer a letter of recommendation relative
to your services. We are very proud of how our home looks.
The new siding, paint and rain gutter you provided makes
it look better than new. We should know because we had our
home built in 1978.
We believe the siding required an extraordinary level of
skill for proper installation. Your crews mastered the task
with ease. We were apprehensive about the project. Your
team put us at ease by carefully explaining what would happen
and how everything would be done. The result meets our expectation.
The paint is crisp and rich look. I don't know of anyway
that we could have hoped for a better crew or a better job.
We are very pleased with the job the paint crew did for
us.
The rain gutters are beautiful and functional. We had problems
with our builder-installed guters as well as with the replacements
we installed eight years ago. Your crew explaind the reason
for those problems and offered us options that would overcome
the difficulties. Things are simple when true craftsmen
get involved.
We appreciated the excellent level of supervision you provided
and genuine level of concern you demostrated for the whole
project. We saw members of your management team on the site
frequently and they took an active interest in how the work
was being done.
We especially appreciated your accomodation of changes
when the work we specified did not meet with our vision
of it. In every case your crews did the work as we requested
but in an instances or two we didn't like the outcome. Your
company was very flexible in helping us figure out an alternative
and you priced the changes fairly.
We are pleased that we selected Johnson County Exteriors
for our contractor and we will recommend you to other people
